How to Order by Phone:
Before you
call, please fill out our order form, and
have your credit card and expiration date with security code handy.
Then call our toll free number - 1-800-649-7469. All phone orders
are credit card or C.O.D. (COD orders must be paid with cashiers check or money order only).

How to Order by Mail:

Mail orders can be placed by
completing our order form and then mailing to us at Scottdale
Supply, Rt.

15683. Please include form of
payment with your order. Orders sent with personal checks will
be held until the check clears the bank. |

Convenient Payment:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, personal check, money order or cashier's check
(US funds). We need proper identification on personal checks. Name
of the person and the check number must be imprinted on check.
$20.00 charge on all returned
checks. Repeat orders with personal check will be held. Submitted orders
with personal checks will be held until the check clears the bank.

How To Return Something To Us:
We understand that sometimes you
might get something that you don't like,
doesn't work, or just isn't quite what you wanted. In order for us
to properly handle your return, please follow these simple
instructions.
1.
Call ahead for a return
authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a return
authorization number. Any returned merchandise without an
authorization number will be refused.
2.
Ship merchandise back
to us via UPS or parcel post.
(We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.)
3.
Inside the package
include your name, address,
daytime phone number and the return authorization number and original
receipt. We'll handle it from there!

All returns must be made within 30
days of original invoice date and must be accompanied by receipt.
Damages and shortages must be
reported within three business days following delivery.
Scottdale Supply
does not refund freight or UPS charges for returned merchandise.

Damaged Shipments
Orders are filled with quality
merchandise and packed with utmost care. There are occasions where
merchandise is damaged during shipment. In all cases, the
carrier is responsible for safe
delivery of merchandise. For
UPS damage, keep the shipping container and all contents, and
contact Scottdale Supply
to
arrange UPS inspection. For
motor freight damages, contact the delivering carrier
to
file
a
claim.
