Damaged Shipments-Our orders are filled with quality merchandise and are properly packed.  When a package is received with damaged merchandise the carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of the merchandise.  ANY CLAIMS OF DAMAGE MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER.
