  • Do sign yourself up for regular physiotherapy sessions for a few months if the doctor so advises. This is a must in the list of dos for Knee Pain. • Do not hurry through the recovery process. Be very careful after an injury so that you do not fall down again and hurt yourself in the same space. Be very alert and if need be stick to somebody who can provide you with assistance. It is better to be safe than to be sorry.
  • Do not opt for shoes that have high heels or an uncomfortable. Go for comfort shoes. While these cost more and are less attractive, so as to speak, but what is point of having fancy stilettos if you lose your mobility because of them?
  • And last but not the least, if you are suffering from a long term knee problem, mainly arthritis, strictly follow your doctor’s orders and go for regular checkups.
